I applied online. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Augusta, GA) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process was pretty easy. The first interview was with one of the managers, and he just asked the normal interview questions . He asked about previous experiences, and what I would do in certain situations. Based on those answers he determines if you go to the next interview, which is with the store manager. From there it's really just reiterating a few of your answers just to give him an idea of what kind of person you are. Lastly you talk about your hourly wage and your up coming schedule.
