Straight to the point. This interview process was with multiple individuals who ask a great deal of questions about your skill personality and background. Most of the time it was an open discussion where you are allowed to truly use your thoughts to represent yourself with out feeling like you are in a box and being interrogated .

Question 1
How would you update or change our current digital products?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods in May 2022
Interview
Initial application submitted - phone screen interview setup.
Zoom invitation was sent to me for a 30 min interview. While I attended this with my video on, the recruiter insisted this was just a phone call (weird but ok).
After asking some basic questions, the recruiter changed gears and asked me to pull up my portfolio - to pick a case study - and to give him the 5 minute version of my work over the phone. (something typically reserved for an onsite, zoom, or presentation)
I obliged, and about 2 minutes into it, I could tell he was disengaged and hated my work. While I was trying to keep the conversation going, he sighed heavily multiple times and eventually cut me off.
The whole process took about 10 minutes, when we had 30 minutes scheduled.
This is not my first terrible experience with DSG Corporate, and I've never had a pleasant recruiter interaction.
