HR was quick to have a phone conversation. Then proceeded to insult me by suggesting I was an introvert and that I would have trouble doing this job because I am naturally soft-spoken. After reaffirming my integrity, they let me have time to meet with the Hiring Manager for the role. The interview was basic and we had a casual conversation, it was a quick 30 minute chat nothing major. I followed up with an email and never heard back. Not even an automated rejection notice. Needless to say, this was a dud experience, and felt like I was a cow being herded around to meet & fill quotas.
