First round skipped the recruiter phone screen went straight to the hiring manager for 45 minutes. The questions were reasonable. After not hearing back, I emailed the recruiter who did not respond. I received an auto-reply rejection and reached out to the hiring manager for feedback. No response. The company clearly does not treat candidates with respect as both the recruiter and hiring manager felt fine ghosting candidates despite the time, effort and energy they put into the process. Even if feedback is not allowed, I would have at least appreciated any sort of acknowledgment or response.
