I interviewed with this company for over a month. First the HR Recruiter, then the Regional Mgr and finally one of the Executives. The interviews were quite lengthy and thorough which is expected. However, the questions that were asked by the executive were completely inappropriate. The process was long and tedious only to be told they hired someone more qualified. I have over 15+ years of Sales experience! Not only that, I received two different emails from HR that were in template form. Very unprofessional and impersonal. Especially for someone who went through over one month of time invested. Whomever is in charge of best practices on hiring needs to revisit it. Especially with the Executive Management.
