Interview
It was a thorough and very informative process. I had a 30min phone screen that was a little more difficult than the usual phone screen, but not anything outrageous.
The onsite interview was fairly long. It was scheduled for an hour and a half and really did take the whole time. I met with 4 people - the first two people interviewed me individually and each one did a more traditional interview session. The questions weren't extremely difficult, but I'm definitely glad I prepared. The last session was with two current SDRs and they didn't so much interview me as they did show me the basics of the position. It was really informative and helped me picture myself in the role and assess whether it was a good fit.
Throughout the process, everyone was really nice and thoughtful.

Interview
The interviewer first postponed the interview last minute. When the actual interview took place I had the impression she had no idea about the questions she was simply reading out of a script. She clearly want familiar with the role and we couldnt have a conversation about it but simply answer questions she ignored the meaning
This was a 3 round process - two phone screenings and one 2 hour video interview with 3 different employees. Everyone is extremely friendly and makes the process feel as it is more of a conversation each step of the way.

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews, the first two rounds were phone calls, and the final round of interviews were the lengthiest and conducted over zoom. The interview process was very straightforward and transparent. I always knew when I would hear back from DISCO during the interview process, which is a courtesy most companies do not give interviewees.
