Approx. a 4 week process. About three rounds of interviews and the last interview was about three hours long. Everyone was nice and professional and the interview process was very informative but a bit challenging.

Brief meeting with recruiter to discuss the role--responsibilities, expectations, schedule, and compensation. After passing initial screening, scheduled two rounds of interviews with department heads and likely manager. First of these interviews consisted of technical assessments and workflow discussion.

Unprofessional communication from recruiters, unclear requirements for the job changing from stage to stage - 'this is for Product manager role, but also will include scrum master, project and operations" -, interviewers openly complaining about the leadership, and long wait after each stage. In the end - no feedback from anyone in the company.
