The interview is a joke. After the first round, HR told me I passed it and asked for my availability for the second round. After I provided some availabilities, HR ghosted me. I sent several emails and non-reply.
I was reached out to in late September regarding an hour-long interview. I submitted my availabilities, but was met with radio silence. After 10 days of periodically bumping the recruiter, they finally reached out to say that they did not have an interview for me. Early November comes around, and they reach out one more time to schedule an hour-long interview. I wasn't surprised to see that after I submitted my availabilities a second time, I was again met with silence from the recruiter. After 5 days of periodic emails, I was finally rejected because the position was "filled". The blatant disrespect of my time and lack of communication from the recruiters is despicable. DISCO needs to do better.
I applied online. I interviewed at DISCO (San Diego, CA)
