I applied late September. About a week later, I had to submit a 2 minute cover letter answering a few basic questions. 10 days after that, I was invited to a phone screen with a recruiter. After about 20 days of no contact, I was invited to a panel interview with two engineers and answered mostly behavioral questions. I received an offer a week later.
