Interview
A series of interviews were administered until I accepted the offer. First was an interview over the phone then a one on one with various parts of the internal staff; I met with recruiters, I met with client service director and I finally met with CEO. Experience was very great, very casual. They asked solid questions of my experience and I was given the opportunity to ask questions.
Phone screen with HR. Several rounds with the Client Servicing & Business Development Team. Final round with the Managing Director. Everything was clearly communicated in terms of next steps and timeline. Everyone was very kind, professional, and high energy.
