DLR Group Senior Structural Engineer - Lead Structural Engineer interview questions

I applied online. I interviewed with their recruiter over the phone. It was quite clear the recruiter had no clue what the position entailed. I never received follow up after the interview. I discovered later the position was filled by someone less qualified and less experienced than I was. When I discussed my bad treatment, the company attorney sent me a letter telling me to shut up about it. Also, I had a professional engineering complaint filed against me with the state engineering board for discussing age discrimination and showing off the emails. Folks need to avoid working or interviewing with this firm because you may lose your license to practice engineering in the future. As of right now, i have been showing off this letter to all the firm's clients.
