Had one virtual interview. In spite of knowing that I do not have sustainability relevant experience, I was invited for an interview. Not something I would recommend. I received a rejection email a week later.

Interview
Received a call from the recruiter informing me about an interview. First round was a short 30 min video call with a member of the team. Interviewer did not seem very active or engaging. Was not particularly rude or negative however seemed very disinterested when talking about the role and company, was also very unstructured.
