Apply online and if they like your resume, they set up a screener interview with an HR person in their Kansas office. If you pass the screener, then you talk to the Regional Manager by phone. The company doesn't have physical offices outside of their corporate office in Kansas so there are several phone calls rather than in-person interviews.

Interview
The interview process was very polite, informative, and well-staffed. The initial contact from HR was followed-up by a phone interview with the hiring manager and then an extended follow-up video conference with the territory manager and another regional manager. I was also offered a ride-along with an existing Senior Forensic Engineer, which was very informative.
