I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DPR Construction (Ann Arbor, MI) in Sep 2018
Interview
I did this interview on campus. I was interviewed by two people, one person is the entry level civil engineer and another person is project manager with 7+ yrs experience. Basically, I can tell from the project manager's face that he is tired and not interested in me. But this is my first interview since enter graduate school, I learned that I have to be confident and energetic during all interviews. And trust me, ENERGETIC is what construction company is looking for.
