Very non traditional, had to do team building exercises with people I’m directly interviewing against. Based off this I ruled out dpr as an employee I would work for. Did 5 min speed interviews with 5 groups of 3.
Relaxed and enjoyable, 5 different interviews all were not too bad. Interviewing for personality, they do not ask you any test questions. They just want to see your enthusiasm for building things.
