I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DPR Construction (Richmond, VA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Initial phone screening interview within one week of applying.
Approx. 1 week later, this was followed by an in-person 'round robin' style interview in which I spoke to 8 people from multiple departments over the course of 2.5 hours. The majority of the time was spent with the team to which I had applied, but it was nice to meet people with other types of responsibilities as well.
Another 2 weeks after that, I meet with my prospective team members at a restaurant for happy hour to talk in a more informal context to better understand how I would integrate into the team dynamic.
Offer was received approx. one week after that.
