I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DPR Construction (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
Very through interview process. I had an interview at my college and was notified about 2 days after that I passed this first round. They then flew me to another DPR office - I got San Diego - for a full day interview. I flew in Friday night and left Sunday afternoon. The interview was around 6-7 hours on Saturday. It was very personal with a speed round of one on one interviews and we got to visit a job site and ask the PE questions too. It was a great experience that allowed for both the company and the interviewee to know more about each other.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DPR Construction (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Very non traditional, had to do team building exercises with people I’m directly interviewing against. Based off this I ruled out dpr as an employee I would work for. Did 5 min speed interviews with 5 groups of 3.
Relaxed and enjoyable, 5 different interviews all were not too bad. Interviewing for personality, they do not ask you any test questions. They just want to see your enthusiasm for building things.
