The interview process is okay. You go through an online test and two panel interviews. However, when they make an offer, they will offer a completely different role than the one you applied for. The title will be “junior” and they will try to convince you how this is an opportunity for you and you’re missing out and should give up your better paying job with a better title. And when you try to negotiate, they gaslight you and tell you you’re thinking “short-term” by fretting over the package/title.
