DSW Associate interview questions

There was an group interview. It went very well. I did not hear back for weeks. Received a call, I talked to them went to the orientation. I got trained, and then was hired. Not to bad, but long.

The first interview was supposed to be a group interview, but it ended up just being me and one other guy. Which I suppose counts as a group interview, but there were supposed to be 5 of us. The questions were standard get-to-know-you type and the interview itself lasted for about 25 minutes. The one on one interview was a week later and with the store manager. She didn't really ask any questions, but rather instructed me to ask questions and talk about myself. I did that for about 20 minutes and left. I received a call with an offer 5 days later after they checked my references and did a background check.
