You have to take a quick 10-minute test when you first apply for the job. Following, they gave me a call to set up an interview. I met with two managers who interviewed me. They later called to offer me the job. Upon my start date, they had orientation where they showed me how to clock in, met some associates, and did an online training. Eventually, they'll have you shadow another associate, as well as get some on the floor experience.

Easy! The manager listed times when she was available, and I was able to choose when to come in. The questions were really straightforward and conversational. I was also able to ask a lot of questions to see if it was a right fit for me!
