Short, easy, I would have to say they want to know alot about customer service. The interview is about 20-30 min long. If I were to give any suggestion I would say not to have a group interview. I think they do them because they get so many applications, but it seems like you don't care to know the personal as an individual. Still efficient, but less personal.

Easy! The manager listed times when she was available, and I was able to choose when to come in. The questions were really straightforward and conversational. I was also able to ask a lot of questions to see if it was a right fit for me!
