You submit your resume online along with DSW's application. After that, you take a long survey that will generate questions for your interviewer if they are interested. Don't sweat anything about the test, just be honest! If the employer is interested, they will give you a call and set up an interview within the week. The interview is done in the backroom so it's not very fancy but whatever. It' really quick, maybe twenty minutes max. Easy questions, my interviewer made me feel comfortable and understood that this may be new. After a couple weeks I got impatient and called and they told me they indeed wanted me, I came in a couple days after that for a "second interview" but it was really just filling out paperwork.

It was simple you do the online process then they email you letting you know when you can do the interview and then you do it. Then they let you know. It may take a while for them to get back to you though.

Interview
It was a wonderful experience. The manager was very polite and relatable. I didn’t feel overly stressed about the questions I was asked and the manager made me feel comfortable.
It was an open interview that lasted less than five minutes. I walked in, gave my name and number, as well as my background. The managers explained my potential responsibilities and I got a call back a few days later.
