It was fairly easy. Two weeks after I applied, I got an email telling me the interview date and time. When I got there, I met with one of the store managers and started the interview. It didn't feel like an interview at all and was more of an actual conversation between friends. We also discussed pay and how the next step to getting hired was a background check. Three days later I got an email to fill up the information for the background check, and a week later was offered the job.

It was a wonderful experience. The manager was very polite and relatable. I didn’t feel overly stressed about the questions I was asked and the manager made me feel comfortable.
It was an open interview that lasted less than five minutes. I walked in, gave my name and number, as well as my background. The managers explained my potential responsibilities and I got a call back a few days later.
