I applied online, got an email from the store manager inviting me to a group interview. Interview was about 45 minutes to an hour long. Very relaxed and conversational. There was no set structure, anyone could answer first or last. The manager was really nice and friendly.
Just be really genuine and just be yourself. Imagine talking to a friend. Also, if you are doing a group interview, try to get to know your fellow applicants before the interview because it definitely lessens the tension and will calm your nerves. Most importantly, EYE CONTACT. There were people in my group that just looked at the table the entire time they were answering a question, so definitely establish eye contact but not in a creepy way.
What you’d expect for a PT sales associate position — 15-30 minutes long, one-on-one with the manager, and questions that you’d expect to answer for a retail sales associate job.

Easy! The manager listed times when she was available, and I was able to choose when to come in. The questions were really straightforward and conversational. I was also able to ask a lot of questions to see if it was a right fit for me!
