Applied online on dsw.com and a few weeks later got a call to set up an interview. I was told that I would be interviewed 9:30am a few days. I arrived and discovered that the store wasn't even open yet, tried knocking and calling to no avail. Finally at about 10:00 the manager and someone else came out the door, I approached and said who I was and what I was there for and was told that I was given the wrong time and to wait until the store opened. Finally got into the interview and it went very smoothy. We talked a lot about the perks of the job as well as other things. After the interview was over I was told that I would definitely going to be getting a call back within a week. Never happened. Contacted store 2 weeks after interview and was told that the HR and the manager I talked to still hadn't gotten together to discuss who they wanted to hire. Needless to say I have moved on and gotten another job. I will continue to shop here though.

Easy! The manager listed times when she was available, and I was able to choose when to come in. The questions were really straightforward and conversational. I was also able to ask a lot of questions to see if it was a right fit for me!
