I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DSW (Bloomington, IN) in Apr 2018
Interview
I interviewed in person pretty soon after submitting my application.
I felt like the interview was going pretty well. The manager made it feel very casual and she was very friendly. Make sure you look up their 4 core values. I didn't know them, and when she told me what they were, she had to repeat them to me because i couldn't respond to the question because I couldn't remember all of them (she asked which value I would like to work more on myself or something). Overall, the interview isn't too bad if you do some research prior, and know a bit about your personal style.
They waited almost 2.5 weeks to tell me I didn't get the job.

It was a wonderful experience. The manager was very polite and relatable. I didn’t feel overly stressed about the questions I was asked and the manager made me feel comfortable.
It was an open interview that lasted less than five minutes. I walked in, gave my name and number, as well as my background. The managers explained my potential responsibilities and I got a call back a few days later.
