I walked in the store, waited around for the Manager to come and take me to the back of the store where the Managers usually sit. She invited me in and immediately started asking me questions. I had prepared ahead of time for the interview by going to their website and reading up on their company values, also knew some of the interview questions they would ask. Pretty basic questions, like why do I want to work for their company (I said because their values match my criteria and this is what I value as well). The interview seemed like it went well.

Easy! The manager listed times when she was available, and I was able to choose when to come in. The questions were really straightforward and conversational. I was also able to ask a lot of questions to see if it was a right fit for me!
