The interview process started off fine with good, fast communication. One of my interviewers was very cocky and asked odd questions and cursed during my interview. That was very unprofessional. After my onsite interview (which I took a half day of PTO for), I didn't hear from the recruiter, now manager, until over two weeks later. It was a standard, form response. I sent a follow up email asking for feedback and never got a response. I was "ghosted". It takes two minutes tops to respond, and candidate experience matters.
