Interview
I filled out the application online and received a call to come in for an interview a few days later. I came in and found out it was a group interview with about six other ladies. The interviewer came in and gave her history at working at the company and then she described the work environment at DSW. The first question was the only one everyone was asked to answer. It was basically just asking everyone to introduce themselves and explain why they wanted to work at DSW. All of the other questions were open to whoever wanted to answer. After everyone who wanted to answer answered the interviewer would move on to the next questions. It did not last too long.

Easy! The manager listed times when she was available, and I was able to choose when to come in. The questions were really straightforward and conversational. I was also able to ask a lot of questions to see if it was a right fit for me!
