Interview
I recently went on an interview I applied online and was called about a week later for an interview. The hiring manager informed me that I would have to go through 2 separate interviews. First I would have to interview with her and if she liked me enough I would be interviewed by the store manager the same day. She asked a lot of situational questions. "Describe a time when, etc. " Asked me what my favorite pair of shoes were and made me do a role play scenario. I'm still waiting to find out if I'll get the 2nd interview since the store manager wasn't in that day, said I would be called next week......
