I applied via website, called them to see if they got it and set up an interview immediately. The interview was a two person interview - one manager interviewed me, then another afterwards. After the interview, they told me they'd email me a background check thing the same day. I did it and they gave me a call about 30 mins after and extended an offer as a seasonal associate. They said based on my performance, after the season, they could offer me a permanent position.
