I applied online and there was a lengthy personality assessment to get through. I got an email about setting up an interview about a week later. The interview was with a manager and it was really laid back and he asked easy enough questions. I'm not sure if I just came off as too shy or my availability didn't work for them since he mentioned he had others to interview besides me, but I got an email a few days later saying I hadn't gotten the job.

Easy! The manager listed times when she was available, and I was able to choose when to come in. The questions were really straightforward and conversational. I was also able to ask a lot of questions to see if it was a right fit for me!
