It was a double interview, super easy. Unorganized and done in the break room. More worried about availability then qualifications. Make sure to lead the conversation and you should be fine. Feel free to piggy back off what someone else says as well, they really didn't show that they cared about the interview to much and already had their minds made up about you.

Start with a group interview. For the group interview, you have to go well dressed. Once you get called in for orientation, you do training which I'd done through tablet.

Brief and to the point,looking for a basic understanding of your social skills pertaining to addressing customer inquiries.And then providing assessment of your responses.One on One interview ,the questions are not hard,just think before you answer .The interview itself is no pressure just be smart about your responses especially on ethic.
