I submitted an application online after a friend recommended I apply for the position. The manager called me to schedule an interview, and I came to the store before opening. I met with the store manager and was asked basic questions about my work history, availability, and general career goals. They responded quickly to let me know their decision and I began training shortly after.

Very quick and straightforward. After sending my resume in, I was given a call the next day asking a few questions like my availability and why DSW. I was asked to come for an in person within the same week, the interview took 15 minutes and I was given an offer at the end of the interview.
