Interview
I initially applied to the DSW at the walden galleria online and got an interview there. It was really short like maybe 10 min tops and he told me that it was a 3 part interview and that I would get a call if there was a second interview. Well instead of a call from them, I recieved a call from the other DSW closer to me for a interview. She was very nice and asked me the typical questions like availability, where I'm going to school and for what, what I think the position duties are, if I were hiring somebody what would I look for in an candidate, and what my favorite shoe is. After words she asked me if I wanted to work at that location or the galleria, I said that one because I haven't recieved a call from the other one. She did said that she was going to send me a link for a background check and that I would get a call later on in the week. I got a call today saying if I was still interested in the position and she offered me $9/hr which was freaking awesome! So of course I took it lol and I have orientation saturday

Easy! The manager listed times when she was available, and I was able to choose when to come in. The questions were really straightforward and conversational. I was also able to ask a lot of questions to see if it was a right fit for me!

Easy. Waited for a manager in the front took me to the back on for store and had the interview in a little room off to the side. Quick process called when I got the job.
