I had two interviews, one with the Manager and one with the Assistant Manager. Mostly they want to hire people that really love shoes and really want to work there. If you really love shoes and you have great ethics, great attitude you just might be the right fit. The application process will include a behavioral test that helps them assess your strengths and challenges. The test is programed to prompt the interviewer to ask 4 questions based on areas that it regarded as your more challenging areas, these areas will be different for each applicant. Just be honest and you will do fine. If you are not the right fit, that would be good for both you and the interviewer to discover as early as possible.

There were no really difficult questions, just the normal behavioral questions and some about how you define their core values. For example, one value is humility. The question would be how do you define humility?
