Interviews are tough, have to go through multiple rounds. asked really hard questions that even after providing answer would probe for more by being devils advocate. not sure what that proves. maybe it was just the office manager at this particular store that was behaving like this

Very quick and straightforward. After sending my resume in, I was given a call the next day asking a few questions like my availability and why DSW. I was asked to come for an in person within the same week, the interview took 15 minutes and I was given an offer at the end of the interview.
