Applied online and was called the next day asking if I could schedule an interview later in the week. I arrived at the DSW and waited 20 minutes on the sales floor looking at shoes while the manager took care of a few things. It was a one on one interview it lasted about 35 minutes. I was offered a position two days later.

They were very nice and straight forward in the interview. They sat me down in a room and proceeded to go through my relevant experience in customer relations jobs and asked me why I wanted to work for them as well as why do I think that I would be good for the position.

Interview
It went very smoothly, the manager was really nice and had a sense of humor which brightened the mood. It was mainly behavioral questions throughout the entire interview. As long as you remain confident and answer the questions straight to the point it will be a smooth process.
