called in to interview a few weeks after applying online, interviewer was fluent, a lot of information on the first day but exciting. not boring at all. you get to walk the building see the merchandise then communicate with one two customers. you also get to experience what its like to actually be an associate already by look at another employee work in front you on the floor and register.

Very quick and straightforward. After sending my resume in, I was given a call the next day asking a few questions like my availability and why DSW. I was asked to come for an in person within the same week, the interview took 15 minutes and I was given an offer at the end of the interview.

I was asked approximately 10-15 questions and the interviewee had a bad attitude. They were also upset that when asked what I would if there was drama in the workplace I said I would simply reach out to HR.
