I was contacted by a recruiter and had three interviews in total. They were professional and easy to talk to. The questions were straight forward and those I spoke with were always clear about the next steps. The process took less than a week. They were very efficient.

Question 1
Name a time you led a team and had multiple tasks and priorities.
The interview process was quick and the interviewer was very pleasant.
The interview took place at a cafe near the store. It was a very comfortable conversation/ questionnaire interview.
Very standard question revolving around teamwork and customer service.
Isn't it funny that if you are late for an interview it's an automatic no but if they are late for the interview it's fine. Applied, Set up the interview, Interviewed, Rejected.

Name a customer service experience that someone else gave you that was the best service you ever received. Name a difficult customer experience how you handled it. 5 times he asked me why I hated my last company/store manager What did I do when an associate failed to do what they were assigned? Do I prefer to take over for that associate or make them do it?

The interview went well the SM ask all of the normal interview questions. The interview was about 30 minutes. She called me back within a week to let me know I had the job
