I applied online, and got a phone call a few days later to schedule an interview with the store manager. He asked pretty basic questions and the overall process was pretty easygoing, and at the end of the interview we scheduled a second interview for a few days later with the assistant store manager. The manager did ask a trick question to see how I would respond (or to see if I lied on my application) but come to find out that was just his personality. After meeting with the assistant manager, I was told on the spot that I received the job and I accepted.
