The interview process was not long at all, just one group interview which lasted about 30 minutes. Basic interview questions like "tell me about yourself" and how you would handle customer issues.

Very easy. Got a phone call a week after applying, got an interview days after, and was a quick light-hearted interview. Not many questions and was straight forward. No trick questions to test you, just a simple question and answering format to see if you are a good fit!
