Very easy just have some experience in retail and know how to speak with customers correctly how to address them and you should be ok also know how to behind a till and know how to upsell customers

I had two interviews; one preliminary interview with an assistant manager and the second quicker but more in-depth interview with the store manager. The first one went over different styling, selling, and customer interaction techniques (and took about an hour and a half) and the second just went over technicalities and payment offers.
