simple and straightforward, communication was clear and timely. there was initial interview with HR with basic questions and simple math then a more formal interview later down the road with a more scientific focused employee

The first stage 15 minute informal “chat” was generally about you/your background and experience. Also included one or two arithmetic/maths problem solving questions which were reasonable, but they hadn’t pre-warned about these.
