Interview
Interview was short and basic standard questions were asked. Interviewer asked about how I would approach kicking off a project and I explained the steps on how I would do it. She also asked if I had the expertise required to do application development and infrastructure projects.
Phone interviews only. Four separate interviews. First with HR, then direct manager, then Program Manager & final with PMO. Standard interview questions in all. All friendly and nothing difficult. Moved fairly quickly and no stalling.
