I got a technical call for the interview,and it was telephonic.It was around 30 minutes and the interview was very positive.They asked me about current company and project .No written and no other round direct HR call for salary discussion.And got my offer immediately. And got my offer immediately.

Basic questions related to SQL and asp.net Jquery ,java script. Also they asked me about my current project.They asked about my team handling skills,like i can handle 4 to 5 people.Also do you have any project handling experience individually. And got my offer immediately.
