We've started with the phone interview with the company's recruiter (I applied directly to the company's website). Some 7-10 days later I got a call from the same recruiter to arrange a Skype interview with two people. One for Technical issues and the other for business. Later the same day I got a call from the recruiter to inform me about the interview (I succeeded) and ask me for my desired salary. Two days later I got an offer from the phone and a day later by email. I agreed and signed the offer.
