Interview
1st Round - Written exam - had questions to test the understanding of ML concepts. Its a descriptive test - The test consisted of just 10 questions of which 4 were normal exam type questions where we needed to give them detailed answers. The rest were multiple choice questions.
2nd Round - interview conducted by senior Data Scientists

Question 1
1. Decision Trees - use of entropy, Gini index and classification errors. Also they grilled me on Regression Trees
2. KNN and K-Means - what is difference between the both and asked me explain each one of them step by step.
3. The interviewer asked my favorite area in Analytics - I said it is Econometrics, so he asked me questions in Time Series Modelling, Stationarity data, ARIMA, ARCH, GARCH Models, Tests for cointegration, test of stationarity.
4. About Regression assumptions - he questioned me about why each assumptions exist.
5. basics of any language you have practiced - I said 'R' - He asked me about the basic commands of R and touched upon some visualization techniques …

Interview
Easy. You just have to please the hiring manager. Revolves around situational questions only. Structure answers with Behaviour Action Results and you'll be just fine. Usually there would 2-3 rounds of interview, but there's no guarantee that the manager who interviewed you will be your boss once hired.

1st: It started with an HR Phone Call where it will ask basic questions such as Expected Salary, Preferred Shift
