Worst recruitment team and interview process I have seen so far. There is no communication between HR and Hiring manager. First of all HR won't share detailed JD, they mentioned skills name like A, B, C and said your profile is shortlisted by hiring manager but the irony is there is no shortlisting done and hiring manager is not considering the skills which are mentioned in your resume. Same thing happens with me twice , even I told HR about my last interview experience but HR told me that this time I called you because your profile is shortlisted. Completely waste of time and leave
