"Laughable" is what best describes the process or at least the first round.
1st round was technical round. Interviewer asks domain related questions from projects from back in 2017. Did not ask about recent project.
Asked to write code, not on online editor, not on IDE, not on notepad, but on pen and paper!!! And the was asked to show me writing on the paper and show the same on camera. What a joke of a company. Saying this is the process.
